1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We proudly ship worldwide! 🌎 Better yet, our tracked shipping is always 100% free of charge, with no minimum purchase! ✅

We’ve shipped to over 200+ countries and we love adding more to the list!

 

2. How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

It all depends on your country! Find your region and estimated delivery time in the table below.

 

Please note there may be delays of 3-7 days due to covid-19 lockdowns at the port of origin.

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Tracking numbers are sent by email in 2-5 days after you place your order.

We strive to ship all items on-time, however, in rare cases, it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks automatically qualify for full-refund or reship. 🌟

 

3. My order has been dispatched, can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking link via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

4. Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the items are damaged upon delivery, we will issue a new one to you. please send us photo showing the items was damaged upon delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at waisthoop2023@gmail.com with your order numbers, names and email address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage will be paid by the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
 

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 1 hour of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: waisthoop2023@gmail.com

1 hour after you place your order, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it as our supplier will start preparing packing and shipping immediately.

 

6. What methods of payment do you accept?

 We accept ALL major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

7. Do I need to pay import duties?

No, you do not.
